Course Description

This foundational course provides fire and arson investigators with an understanding of digital camera operation and fundamental crime scene photography skills as applied specifically to fire scenes. Participants will receive practical, technical instruction on core camera functions, exposure control, metering, focusing techniques, flash application, and tripod use in low-light and high-contrast burn environments.


This is a contracted course for Montebello Fire Department and Montebello Police Department.
